Ease My Trip — Almost 6 month gone yet Did not get refund

This is regarding my travel way back in April 2021 to Dubai which I could not go due to travel restrictions as per my Booking ID is EMT82459078 . EMT did not refund my airfare which was quite unfair.I follow regularly with the customer care but received always the same answer.
It almost 6 to 8 months gone but yet not received my refund from airline
