On 2nd March, 2022 I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Guwahati and I used Google Pay for Payment. Ease my trip has asked me twice for payment. I thought that the first payment was not successful. So I have done the transaction twice but when I spoke with your customer care they're saying that they've received the money only once. Please help me in this regard. It is clearly showing from the payment gateway side that the amount is received from Ease My Trip end twice. Please try to resolve this and provide me with a refund. As Ease My Trip have two bank accounts they need to check in both of them and provide me with the refund as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
