Ease My Trip — Non acceptance of Open ticket provided by the Airline

Sir,

I am the passenger and i stay with my parents and my mother is an asthmatic patient who had severe symptoms with the oxygen level dipping to 65.
Therefore, her doctor advised her to get emergency coviď test done . When her report came positive, my father also got his test done and he also showed positive.
The rest of the members along wit me - the passenger, showed mild symptoms, and were taking medication as per the guidelines .

And according to the Protocol - All were put under immediate Quarantine automatically, including the passenger that is me.

Kindly check the Covid guidelines by the WHO. People in touch with Covid Positive patients Are to strictly Isolate themselves at home.

I had explained the same to Vistara airlines and they immediately issued me an open ticket for the same sector, valid till 30 June.

I have already forwarded that mail to your team and your CEO.

I request you not to harass me like this. It is a difficult time for everyone. One of my family member also passed away, and we could Not attend the funeral because of being in quarantine.

Kindly, accept the open ticket given to me by the airlines on the basis of the situation, and resolve this matter without causing me any more grief.
