On 4.12.2015 I booked a ticket an air ticket from Chennai to Port Blair in the name B Pooja from Ease My Trip and due to floods in Chennai I requested for cancellation. Soon I got an Email stating that my booked ticket has been cancelled and full amount will be refunded to me due to floods and the cancellation process started on 11.12.2015. Again, they sent an Email that refund amount of 10285/- has been credited to my account from which I booked and paid amount through net banking on 4.12.2015. On 17.12.2015 onwards I continuously in touch with the customer care of the Ease My Trip and they are saying that my refunded amount has been credited to my account. On checking that the amount not crediting to my account on 20.12.2015 I sent a mail to ease my trip customer care, the very next day I received a mail stating that my refunded amount has been credited to my account and they have mailed the details of reference numbers of the refund and the bank, but when I contacted the bank they are saying no amount has been credited to my account. Again I tried to contact the ease my trip officials, but they are not lifting the phone. I have the phone records of the customer care officials of the Ease my trip saying the amount has been credited to my account and the Email copies of the company. Today is 22.12.2015 but still my paid amount has not been credited to my account. They are saying lies to me. They want to cheat me. Please suggest me what I should do at this juncture
