Ease My Trip — refund not received

Hi,

I booked my flight tickets using ease my trip bearing pnr number :j8uige. But due to reschedule of flight i cancelled the journey on 12th march and airlines gave rerence number 39305935 and they reassured me that they will send the refund to ease my trip within 3 days. However, although the airlines refined the money on same day till today i haven't refund from them. I have been following up with them in several emails but till today no refund.

Can you please look into this matter
