I booked 3 tickets for Dubai-Mumbai through Ease My Trip on Indigo Flight the PNR being MR78PK the Booking was Confirmed: Booking ID EMTAE124080 on Indigo flight DXB 04:45 Mon 13Dec 2021

The above I paid by using my Citibank Credit Card.
As there were uncertainty about the traveling conditions in India, I cancelled the 3 tickets on 6th December, 2021. I got a confirmation of cancellation with total deductions of Rs.14, 910 as cancellation charges for the 3 tickets. On getting my Statement of Bill of my Credit Card on 24th December, 2021 I noticed that the ticket amount had not been refunded. I have been phoning to the office of Ease My Trip, I have written to their email address which gives a standard reply to my letter without reading them and I have sent them WhatsApp messages that is also replied by a standard reply. I tried tweeting the CEO and Co-Founder Mr. Nishant Pitti to get his attention to my problem. All the above correspondence has been supported by documents such as 1. Tickets, Proof of Payment by Credit Card, The cancellation of the 3 tickets along with the note about the deduction etc. I have not got any proper response because none of my emails or messages have not been read. I phoned the Dubai number mentioned on the ticket that number does not belong to Ease My Trip, I went to the Dubai office mentioned on the website, there is no office existing in Dubai.
