i am a regular customer of your ease my trip. I had booked my ticket on 14/09/2021.From jaisalmer to nasik. But due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not travel on that date of my journey ie. 30/09/2021. So i reschedule my flight ticket on 29/09/2021 ( reschedule date was= 14/10/2021 ) before 30/09/2021 and i also got reschedule confirmation on 29/09/2021 on my mail id. I was told that our customer care executive will contact you soon .But no call or mail was received till date. Hence i request you to clarify the matter soon. My pnr was = w24285 (trujet).
