Details of the Complaint as under
1) On 25th October 2022, I tried booking for a Hotel i.e THE PARK in Delhi, via Ease My Trip Mobile Application. Amount for the booking was Rs 15358.00
2) In the first attempt the payment got failed, towards which I also received a whatsapp communication from Ease my Trip informing me the status of the Payment Status & Booking Status as FAILED / PENDING. Booking ID – EMT[protected].
3) In my second attempt, the payment of Rs 15358, got deducted from my account & I received the whatsapp communication from Ease My Trip informing me the status of the Payment as CONFIRMED, but the Booking Status as PENDING. Booking ID – EMT[protected].
4) It is very much self explanatory that without any hotel confirmation voucher, which gets received on whatsapp and email from Ease My Trip as well, the traveller cannot approach the Hotel. I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY WHATSAPP AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM EASE MY TRIP TOWARDS THE HOTEL CONFIRMATION VOUCHER.
5) I am attaching the Snapshot of my G-Mail Account for the date 25th October 2022 and the Whatsapp communication received from Ease My Trip on 25th October 2022.
It is therefore requested to please initiate the punitive actions on the officials of Call Centre of the Ease My Trip who have mentally humiliated me by straight forward saying to me that NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN without any discussions and justifications. Was this information helpful? |
