Easy Go Trip — unnecessary penalty charges apply

I booked my flight for specific date but after booking within 5 min i request to @happyeasygo customer centre to change my travel date pls

So they told me like there lot of penalty you have to pay then only date will change.

Plz i request you to close this type of fraud company who is making fool to customers.
At last people are coming consumer complaints because we are blindly trust on this forum and sure they will help on most of scenario.
