My awb is [protected] and the delivery was supposed to be here on 24th oct 2020. The delivery boy did not call me on that day and neither did he showed up on my address and in tracking it shows "customer refused to accept". The it was scheduled on 26th oct 2020, but now ie on 27th oct it shows ofd locked and i have no idea if will ever get my product.

A shipment coming from Chennai addressed to my daughter in Thiruvananthapuram through Ecom express has reached Thiruvananthapuram ( awb# [protected])on 13th july as per tracking and till 18th july it has not been delivered at our home.. Local Ecom express executive called me on 16th evening and asked for my location to deliver on 17th july morning, but it has not happened. I called up customer care on 17th evening and the executive apologized (as usual) and said it will be delivered soon. Today (18/7) I called up customer care again to remind my case, and to my surprise the executive says -an ofd lock has been applied, that is the reason for non delivery and she will remove it !!!
Dear Ecom express- what is the use of your usual apologies? Any professional company will learn lessons from customers' feedback and take fool proof corrective actions to ensure the same issue are not been repeated. I can see many similar cases like mine, narrated above and your normal apologies . Think of being professional to provide results to customers in this competitive world !!

I had order Wow shampoo kit and the delivery date was 10 July and I got call from ecom express but I was unable that time to answer the call.
