My order was to be delivered by ecom express, the worst delivery service provider. I wish i had a choice to choose from whom i want to receive my order. They themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the reason as wrong address. Seriously? My AWB number[protected]. Came out for delivery but never reached me. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. Rather i called him up and he said he’ll deliver. But he didn’t and today morning it’s showing RTO lock. And now RTO lock revoked. What is this?

I ordered some items awb number:[protected], [protected] from club factory on 21st sep, and the parcel came to my location on 29th.Everytime I keep on getting messages that it was out for delivery but I never got them. I tried calling the ecom customer care number the executive says that it will be delivered within 24 hrs.I tried calling many times and Everytime they say it would be delivered within 24 hrs.but today when I checked the status it shows that my shipment is rto locked.I need my ordered products

Ecome service is the worst service ever reached till delivary center just 30 min away from home .then after some time status was showing RTO .hate this service .I wish I had option to choose the delivery service

This ecom express courier service is big fraud company. They try delivering product at 1.00am and tell delivery attempted but failed.
