Dear sir,

I had purchase combo offer on 27th january, 2018

1. Mobile phone
2. Mini cooler
3. Lantern

Item no. 1 & 2 were ok but item no. 3 i. E. Lantern was defective (It was not getting off, later the light got off automatically and could not charge again.
Till today its lying without use.

I had given complaint on 28th january, 2018.
I had sent complaints vide emails. For nearly 1 1/2 month and also on phone for nearly two months but till date i have not received my replacement neither my refund money.
