Ekta Imports — Fused LED Bulbs and defective lantern

I placed and order for felix led bulb and along with it a free rechargeable fan and solar lantern. Order no. [protected]. The order was delivered to us on 11th may 2017. When we opened the package we found that that out of the two 7 wt bulbs one was broken. Including the second 7 wt bulb and four 9 wt bulbs, all of them are fused. Many of the bulbs are so dusty that it seems that they are either old or used bulbs.in the solar lantern only the emergency light is working but the torch isn't working. We have already registered a complaint within an hour after receiving the order on 11th may. The complaint no. Is hs[protected]. We request to you to either send us a new consignment because almost all the things in this package are defective or we would like to get a refund.
