Dear Sir,
I had purchased 10 LED bulbs – FELIX-- vide your following referred documents -
1] Invoice no. EKTA/17-18/01131 DATED 09/05/2017
2] SUB ORDER NO.[protected]
3] OREDER NO. [protected]
10 LED BULBS BY FELIX ... RS. 999/-
I had used one bulb of 5W as night lamp from 9 PM to 6 AM ie 9 hours per day. It has worked hardly for 10 days and gone...!!!
One lamp costs Rs.100/- and it lasts only for 90 hours of operation is not at all economical. Forget on ‘Electric Consumption”
What sort of quality of bulbs is? Remaining bulbs are in my stock and my money seems to have gone waste...
Please arrange for replacement of bulb and let me know what life of bulbs is in working hours?
Better refund the money.
