Dear sir,

I had purchase combo offer on 27th january, 2018

1. Mobile phone
2. Mini cooler
3. Lantern

Item no. 1 & 2 were ok but item no. 3 i. E. Lantern was defective (It was not getting off, later the light got off automatically and could not charge again.
Till today its lying without use.

I had given complaint on 28th january, 2018.
I had sent complaints...

Sir please contact n tell me how n what should i do to operate the machine
Actually usme silai nhi aarhi h...
Pls let me know what to do in this situation as i have already registered a complaint on homeshop
N i call them daily for any help they can provide but everything got in vain... They just tell to wait... That is why i am registering my complaint here... Kindly provide solutions to me... It will be really very...

Dear Sir,
I had purchased 10 LED bulbs – FELIX-- vide your following referred documents -
1] Invoice no. EKTA/17-18/01131...

I placed and order for felix led bulb and along with it a free rechargeable fan and solar lantern. Order no. [protected]. The order was delivered to us on 11th may 2017. When we opened the package we found that that out of the two 7 wt bulbs one was broken. Including the second 7 wt bulb and four 9 wt bulbs, all of them are fused. Many of the bulbs are so dusty that it seems that they are either old or used bulbs.in the solar lantern only...
