Eureka Forbes has promised me to ship the free gift in a separate consignment .Even after my various telephonic talk and mail sent to them.Nothing has been done from their side till today

Water purifier isn't working for last 10 days.

2nd visit (day 4) - 4th day from the date of complaint - replace the spares in adapter

Dear Sir I have bought a product from Dr Magna.
I have called more than 10 time to Eureka forbes. They always give some excuse. But they don't repair and replace the product. They say that parts is not available. as soon as It will be available they will repair. More than one month has been already passed. Whenever I have tried to for 2nd, 3rd level escalation they never guide, They always try to avoid. and No complains number is coming...

Installation problem. Water leakage. I have complained several times but the the company service centre did not attend. Whenever, we call at the Toll Free no. The local Service Centre call us and mis behave with us. I stay at A/10, Nandan Kanan, P.O.- Santoshpur, P.S.- Survey Park, Kolkata-700075. I bought the water Purifier -(Model-PRIME -UV + UF) on 26th. of January, 2016 from Fairdeal, Santoshpur Branch. Now, we cannot use the purifier...

RO was purchased in sep-2015 through snapdeal. Service person was not sent to install the system. Locally it was installed. Now RO is making problem as it is showing power problem. The number of product is [protected]. Please, arrange your service person to look at the trouble....

Every year your representatives used to come for changing the filters to my RO Water filter and inbetween they used to come for checking the purity of the water.
On 24.02.2015 they changed the four filters and installedthe new ones, after changing the filters the water was nice.

This month we experienced water was not pure and fortunately the technician from Eureka Forbes has come and asked us for checking the water...

I have made a lot of service requests to Aquaguard Customer Care since 02nd July 2015 (02/07/2015), Nobody is taking responsibility of my machine.

I had purchased aquaguard enhance UV+ model with AMC of two years in Aug 2015. During first service all filters are to be changed which are not changed since aug 2015 despite several followup calls and service engineer visits.
I am really fed up with the service. I want this product to be taken back by company and reimburse my money back.

I have tried to contact Eureka fobes in every way possible and in last one month but all we get is a new ticket number. Till now we have got three ticket number and no action has been taken to fix the issue.

We had entered into an amc for our water purifier. But we are absolutely shocked at the state of service and service technicians. After collecting money these hopeless technicians fail to turn up at the appropriate time of service. They will call and rudely ask what the problem is and fail to appear.
Must say that people like these are shaming the name of Eureka Forbes.Even paan beedi shop are better and more customer friendly than...
