water from the Aquagaurd loaded with gut bacteria

I have an Aquagaurd water purifier bought in 2002 in Delhi. The model is classic and i have been regular as far as maintainence is concerned and recently after getting posted to Gorakhpur i got AMC done .My whole family has not been keeping well so i got the water from my Aqugaurd tested and was shocked to see loads of gut bacteria at very high unexpected levels. Non Attendance to Complaints

I have a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier-Compact Model which is under AMC with a franchisee of Eureka Forbes in Sriganganagar in Rajasthan. Despite repeated complaints, the representatives of the franchisee has failed to respond. Every phone call to the franchisee- [protected]/[protected] ends with them promising that the representative will arrive immediately, however despite 3 complaints they have failed to come.

No change in taste of water after purifying

Hi
I purchaged Aqua Guard of Eureka Forbes one shop in marathalli . The person came after 1 week to fix the Aqua Guard in my home after so many calls to him, even the shop owner is also not caring about the customer.
we are not able to feel the difference in the taste of the water with before or after installing the Aqua Guard . It's a 2 litre one .

AMC-water leaking for four months

At our residence aquaguard water purifier has a leak which was checked by a mechanic from the authorised service dealer in December 2007. This purifier is under AMC for two years from 15 Jan 2007 upto 14 Jan 2009. The component which is needed to be changed is the back flush cap.

Repeated calls and complaints are of no use, they are blatantly shameless and for so many months they have been ignoring our calls.

crystal water purifier nonfunctional

My Forbes crystal water purifier is nonfunctional which is under warranty. A complaint was formal complaint raised on 31-mar-2008 Complaint no 80246624. on customer helpline no:[protected]. & my no was provided .
Till today no service engg has called back. I have called the helpline line about 6 times after 31 mar, who only assure me that some service engg will call back.

Total Absence of Support

I was gifted this product by my sister about 2 yrs back. The product was bought in chennai and is being used in Bangalore. I had to wait for atleast a week to get it installed.

Vacuum Cleaner

Our vacum cleaner (Eureka Forbes Bullet Model) has not been working since last july. My wife and me called up the company many times, but no response. Even calling up the customer care did not help either. Details of complaint no, names of the persons etc can be provided, but I feel it is of no use. This company simply does not care. Their service for Water purifies is equally poor.

Warranty Card and Manual not received

Sir,

I purchased a Trendy Xeon Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner (P37) on 23/02/2008 from Sony Mony Electronics, Vile Parle (West) - Bill No. 3007936 dated 23/02/2008 but I have still not received the manual nor the warranty card.

1. i have not recd the bill yet.

Breakage of Tap by Technician

I had an Aquaguard Total RO filter installed at my place on 9th March 2008. In the process of installation the technician of Eureka Forbes broke my Hindware tap and the attached piping behind it. Poor Customer Service Despite of AMC

My name is Vikrant Jain. I have taken Eureka Forbes Spring Fresh water Purifier from Naveen Electronics Model Town, 2 years back.

I am regularly taking the AMC from my Spring Fresh product but the problem is i am not receiving the services from the company properly & regularly.

No Service during Contract Period

Eureka Forbes Ltd. does not pay my full salary.I think some employee if Kalyani CRC of Westbengal are froad and they forfitted my sallary amount.My Employee Code is - 9021301 of Kalyani CRC. I only recieved tottal Rs.- 3970 in two month.I resigned from the job due to missbehaveiour of Mr. Ajit Biswas.So if the concern authority take some action against thoes person then I will be very much oblised to them....
