Battery bought on 23rd March 20017 for DG set found faulty.This is a multi stored building with 2 lifts.Incase of power cut the lift is operated by the DG set .considering the grave risk to the residents who may get stuck in the lift incase of sudden power failure. We request to replace the battery immediately to avoid any unpleasant events.

Very sorry to inform you the service is really poor.
I have purchased sf sonic battery in TIRUNELVELI before warranty period is not working, dealer give another one new bettery that battery 5 month only work I'll contact you dealer but dealer response Very very poor now I have decided I'll change battery other company, I am cabs owner of TIRUNELVELI my contact number
Exide battery is very bad condition.I am by 4battery.but3 month use thay are damaged. Battery longevity just 2to 3month.is very bad por quality.

    I am from ludhiana, punjab. I have puchased a new exide invasmart 1500 battery on 21/06/2014 from exide battery registered dealer — kundan singh & sons (Mg). Opp manju cinema, ludhiana, punjab. Invoice nor-15390 the battery had 36 months warranty.in the month of april2017 the battery was not giving proper backup so i logged a complaint with exidecare at toll free number. After which engineer visited and checked and said that battery is faulty so contact your dealer. Complaint no — npba00001056v167. I visited the dealer in june and asked him to send the battery to the company. He denied me to send the battery to the company and started giving excuses that they have to prepare performa of battery so they will charge it first. They took 5-6 days for charging and also unnecessarily charged me rs300 for this. And returned me the battery without repairing it. I told him that my battery warranty is on endline so plz get it repaired by the company but he denied. And it was the last day of warranty i. E 21/6/2017 when the battery was completely down so at the end i myself visited the exidecare factory at focal point, ludhiana and at there they checked the battery. They told that your battery is dead and cannot be replaced now as it's warranty was expired on 20/6/2017. When i futher enquired about the policy then i came to know that there is no such rule that the dealer should himself make the performa n charge the battery before sending it to company. He should have directly send the battery to company. Inspite of my certain reminders to him to send the battery to exidecare he didn't sent and misguided me with the wrong policy. Now i have to suffer a loss of battery without my any fault. I request you to please take serious action against the dealer who is misguiding customers for the sake of his profit. If he would have taken right action against the battery now it would be replaced free of cost.

      What service u r giving exide battery people. Exide people from cuttack are telling that u r battery is damaged. My swift dzire is only 4 months old. But car battery (Exide) is not working properly. Cuttack is a big town and they are telling that they do not have any battery for replacement.. Don't give false commitments...         I have an exide shine wave home ups. Now its appeared some problem like auto cut and when alternative curret come to this ups its become jerking sound.
        So, please take necesary steps to solve my ups problems.

        Before contact with you i call to exide customer care toll free number and they reply with a complaint no. Like - ewba00012029v435 on 20.06.2017, time. 09.00 hrs.
        But none technical person from your end contact with me accordingly.
        Please slove my problem or suggest me what will be the easiest way to slove this problem.

          My car zen estilo battery is not taking charge

            I have an exide mega inva battery attached to my inverter which is not charging for last ten days resulting in no power during power cut. As a result, i am facing lot of difficulties especially during night.in order to get the battery checked by the service engineer of exide i have contacted customer care on 16.06.2017 at phone number [protected] and lodged a complaint under complaint no. Easa00003931v105.
            But no engineer contacted me or visited my place as yet. So i made another call to customer care today and appraised the problem once again. The girl receiving the phone told me that she has booked another complaint. But i have not received any message to this effect.
            In this connection i intend to mention that the battery is not charging and in case of prolong power-cut the battery will not work at all causing lot of inconveniences.

            Besides, seventy-two hours is sufficient to arrange visit of an engineer and thus it is evident that there is lapse by someone somewhere in the exide department.

            Hence i request you to enquire the matter immediately and arrange to send service engineer to my place instantly.

              I had registered above complaint on 12th june in the morning, till today nobody came to see the battery.
              Last time i complained on 17th may and they turned up on 26th may after twi/three calls. Battery is not charging properly again. My warranty date is up-to 24th june and i am busy in daughter`s marriage. Don't know what to do now.

                Sir,

                In december 2013, i have had purchased a dry battery suitable to my scooter (Pleasure) from your dealer situated at deccan gymkhana pune, m/s b u bhandari service station. Bill no 1676 of 27/12/2013. I paid full amount in cash rs 1435/-.

                After some period battery was started giving trouble so i rush to you dealer after sufficient period experience of battery problem. On 16 october 2015 finally your dealer replaced me the faulty battery with new one and gave me the receipt with warranty claim form.

                Again after some period battery started giving problem. It was not getting charged while the vehicle was running.in last month i again visited to you dealer and requested him to take care of the battery fault if any.

                After a week has been passed i rushed to him to get battery fitted to my vehicle. At that time i showed him the receipt against his demand.

                Immediately after inspecting the receipt he said sir we have settled your claim once in 2015 and replaced you the product with new one. Now as per company policy we are unable to claim warranty again.

                This is something tricky as if you have given us the good product against warranty claim as the original product was having some fault and was agreed by you technical cell. Howcome that new good product is getting sold / replace with out warranty. If you have replace me with new good product it must be having warranty as per general understanding.

                I think the product carries the warranty, as to customer should get the re - leaf with the bad experience of the product.

                With this complaint i request you to look in to matter kindly and replace with new dependable battery suitable to my scooter as soon as possible.

                    With in 3 weeks of the battery purchase this battery has started giving problems. If i keep my bike (Thuder bird 350cc) for 3-4 days the battery drains completely and after i ride for 1 hr it charges back.
                    Twice i have registered complaint and given battery to service via complaint numbers stna00000188/stna00001997v184.in both the occasion they have tested and found the charge is low and after charging the battery ok.
                    Again today i noticed same problem my bike not staring and horn not working and i drove for 30 mins the battery charged.
                    I clearly explained to exide engineer last time to check properly which they didn't do.

                          I had purchased a battery of your company from the Bullet Battery, main road, kankarbagh, patna-20 on 03. 05..15. Model no. is IM-1500, S. No. is A3L4C003362 Inva smart battery. From last year it is discharging within two and half hours. While use three fans, three cfl and a TV.
                          We had contacted to the Bullet Battery. He told that there will be problem in your inverter. Mechanic said inverter is ok, problem is in battery.

                                I purchased battery sl. 3l2w12948983l2 on 25 july 13. The battery started malfunctioning in 2014 and i registered complaint no. Ebra00001355 on 01 nov 14 but no one from exide came to fix the problem and the complaint was closed from company's end. Recently, the battery stopped charging and holding charge even for a minute. I registered complaint no. Ebra00000858 on 8 april 17. The engineer visited and upon inspection declared the battery dead. The engineer said that the battery cannot be revived so u please sell it to me as scrap. This surprised me as i didn't expect such response from an engineer from exide. He left and i m still unaware of what happened to the complaint. I contacted local technician and he told me that the battery isn't dead and this problem can be fixed. But he advised me to get it done by company service centre only. I can't accept this fact that an exide battery has a life span on 3 years only. I feel cheated and curse myself for buying exide battery.in my capacity i wud advise everyone not to but exide products. I will never in my life think buying an exide product. Please forward this complaint to the concerned person in exide indus8.

                                  I had registered complaint thro mail past one month, still they didnt reply mail and not listening my complaint. I have attached my mail list, My request dont buy this company Inverter. Their customer service very poor and cheating us.

                                  Finally I moved AMARON Batteries, They are giving Best price compare to EXIDE. Still their executive not reply me even a single mail. My best advice, dont buy any product from EXIDE.

                                    I had purchased a battery from your reputed dealer ess pee motors, sco 17, sector 21 - c. The model of battery was exide champion (Dn 65) & was told about its warranty.. The serial no. A5k4b/007748. And date of purchase was 11/6/15. Today, the same battery got exhausted and dead, &after my reapeated request battery was examined by sangrur motors, as directed by your zirakpur office (Mr. Gurpreet). But everything was in vain & had to buy another battery!! I hereby request you kindly look in this matter as my battery was still under warranty period but somehow i feel i was misguided!! Look forward for kind response from your esteemed office

                                    I purchased the battery on 26.10.11 from Exide Centre, Burdwan. Watering once or twice was free. But today (13/05/17) I have to pay Rs50/- without any receipt for watering. Let me know why it is happened? Is it introduced by the company?                                       I have purchase battery for my santro car on 10th august 2016 with the warranty of 4 years. But unfortunately the same has been suddenly dead after 11 months. Immediately i try to call their on site bat service but could not reached them after 20 calls. Then immediately i called dealer from where i purchase the same, but they advise to carry the same to their shop only.
                                      I am totally confused on their attitude and i some home return back to my home after fussing the car from road to home (5 km), in 4 hours.
                                      I suggest if the company could not provide the after sales service then they should not confused the customers.
                                      I need the replacement my battery by saturday 13th may positively else will move to further action.
                                      Exide Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
