I have bought exide bikerz battery on 16/12/2014. battery type DBI0-12BI5L-B Serial no. M2K4M879624. I bought it from Shree Ram auto spare parts, Vijaynagar Ghaziabad. I gave it to the dealer for repair or replacement. he returned it to me after 1 week saying that it is working properly. but it is working at all. even self is not working. pl. help

    Dear sir/madam This is bring to your notice that i have alto car model nov 2010. On sunday 20/12/15 i came back to delhi to ghaziabad when i reach to ghaziabad there is big blast in my car and my small son is sitting there but there is no injury. When i call to mechanic and he check the bonate becuse my car is not started after that blast.He check the battery and battery has blast in the mid cover that is why the car is not started. so i request to change my battery and resolve my problem plese send me the mobile no i will send the photograph of battery. My battery is weak since last one weak and i have complaint many times to the shoppers but there is no action for this, my battery warranty is 48 month as mentioned in company battery . I have gone to the dealer on multiple occasions, only to be told that the battery has not come. This is the state of service in India!!!                 I was purchased Activa Honda Scooter on 2.10.2013 from M/s M.H.Honda, Near J.R.TGhreatre, Kurali Road Ropar. M. No. [protected]. The exide battery was not working properly. I met the M.H. Honda to replace the battery. At last the battery was replaced. The new battery bearing No. M7C4S510089 was inserted in the scooter. Now the battery is totally dead. M/s M.H. Honda and Service Centre of Exide battery, Ropar is not attended. Mr. Aditya Sharma of Chandigarh told me that the warranty is expired i.e. 18 months from the date of purchase i.e. 2.11.2013 where as the changed battery was replaced on 29.9.14 when I went to M.H. Honda Agency for IVth service. Resulntly, the period is only one year I used the battery. From the day one I face problems due to exide battery. Now I want to change to exide battery with new one. It is my humble request. I hope you will consider my rquest, otherwise I will go to the consumer court or local news paper for my this greviances

                        Battery back up problem Dear Sir, Since I have purchased the battery (Inva Tubular) from Sri Ganpati Sales, Netajee Road, Below UCO Bank, Deoghar-814112 (Jharkhand) on 19/05/2012, there is acute problem of backup. It hardly gives a few minutes back up then it goes off. I have already lodged complain with the dealer one year back from now and the dealer sent his technician, but still the complaint is unresolved. Since its purchase the water level goes down frequently, which is maintained by me regularly(monthly). It consumes 2 to 3 litres water in every two to three months. I am too much frustrated with your company. Please be kindful enough to look into the matter. I request to all of you who read this please dont buy EXIDE company Item specially Battery its a poor product in the market worst service after sale...please don't buy this product... I asked for warrenty card for above battery but he refuses and told our Bill is only our warrenty .Also he wrote only 30 month warrenty on bill instead of 36 month warrenty given on product so i think the above product is an duplicate. My PF status shows: Claim ID : WBPRB[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (WBPRB[protected]Rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch.                                   I purchased a SR 500 battery serial number 19465/1WD from M/s Chawla Enterprises Allahabad vide cash memo no. 225 dated 7/11/12 with 3 years warranty. Battery deteriorated very fast and stopped giving backup since the beginning of this summer. A complaint was booked on phone against complaint no. NUTH[protected] dated 21/5/15. We tried to approach Exide on toll free number several times since then. But toll free number did not respond. Several emails were sent at [protected]@exide.co.in requesting them to look into the matter. After several reminders Exide service engineer visited and identified that battery is working at only 3% of its capacity vide his daily job sheet no. 382 dated 1/6/15. He informed us that he will replace the battery. But since then, there is no further action. After several reminders we received a call on Thursday 4/6/15 that the battery will be replaced on Friday on 5/6/15. But till the evening of Saturday 6/5/15 no body turned up. We are living without a single minute back from the battery from last 17 days. There is no point getting replacement after summer is over. What is the meaning of warranty if we can not get replacement after 17 days of complaint. I am left with no option but to lodge this complaint. Anticipating a prompt action.

                                    My few year old replaced battery was exploded while i was sleeping, and luckily no one was injured but still what if this explosion would lead to some serious trouble?                                       Respected Sir, I want to acknowledge the following genuine points against the rejected claim by Mr Dogra Sales Executive, Jammu Division Jammu. I purchased a Diesel Ritz Battery of my car from Chandigarh in the month of Jan 2014; the Battery has a warranty of 18 months and a Pro Ratta Warranty of 24 months. I was not satisfied with its performance for I had paid 2 to 3visits to the authorized Service Centre of Jammu and Kashmir due to its inefficiency. Though it is a maintenance free battery yet I had to fill battery water before I went for long journeys oblivious of the fact that this battery was continuously leaking from the base for the last one year. This led to rusting of its base plate which eventually damaged it. On returning home after a long journey I was astonished to detect a leakage in the bonnet thinking it to be water leaking from the radiator. I rushed to Peaks Maruti Workshop where after inspection it was told by DGM, Mr. Rajeev that this leakage was from the Base of the Battery not from the Radiator. Due to my Good will he deputed a driver to carry it to Authorized Service Centre Gangyal as the battery was under the Warranty period. I took the Battery to the Service Centre Gangyal. It was told by Mr.Dogra that the Exide India limited does not cover the accidental damage to the outer covering of the Battery which was totally unjustified as this was not the case of accident. No modification has been done which can be harmful to the battery. My vehicle is of 2009 model and I am following all the regular norms regarding service and care of the said vehicle. He advised me to go for a repair of the outer covering from the junk dealer which was intolerable for me as I had purchased a branded product and it was their responsibility to find solution to my problem. The Registration Certificate (copy ) of my vehicle and the original copy of the warranty Card is lying with Mr Dogra. Please reconsider your decision and replace the battery at the earliest as the same is within the warranty period. I am facing a lot of trouble due to it and my Ritz car is lying defunct. I believe in this brand Exide has always been my first preference. I need a comprehensive solution of the outgoing problem. If your good self is unable to solve my problem, I would request you to give your solutions in writing at the earliest. I[censored]nsatisfied at your end, I may have to move the honourable Consumer court which I am most reluctant to do. So, please solve my problem immediately to prevent any inconvenience to both the parties. I am sure you will pay attention to this problem and act appropriately.
