Batteries not giving Backup

dealer hasn't returned battery under warranty from last 3 months

Worst and least bothered company & service centre/dealers

I had purchased a new exide "matrix" din-55 car battery on12/03/2011 from exide dealer m/s amsan auto in kedari nagar, wanowrie, pune, vide invoice no: 925.
