I ordered few medicines on Flipkart health plus for the first time on Feb 26th and also uploaded relevant prescription. I got call several times from the verification team and explained the medicines, dosages etc. even though they are mentioned on the prescription. Then today, Feb 27th, I got sms saying my order was cancelled and was not provided any reason. Upon calling custom care, I was told that I am only allowed to order prescription medicines for 1 month, and one of my medicines were ordered for 2months as per prescription, however this information was not provided anywhere on the app as well as not mentioned by the verification team. This is severely unprofessional. The verification team could have informed me and reduced the amount of that particular medicine without cancelling the whole order. I am still waiting for my refund and told it will take 24 hours. I am still unsure if they refund to bank or the Flipkart health plus wallet. Was this information helpful? |
