I had ordered medicines, doc called and approved medicines but later got an update stating the order cancelled telling can not approve.
Later placed another order and got the medicines.
Called customer service but they keep disconnecting the calls. Guess there is no monitoring done on these unfaithful employees.
Later Needed to return 1 of the medicines and when the delivery guy arrived to pickup he did not accept the medicines telling the box is missing. Now how on earth will I give him the box when I did not receive it myself.. tried to explain but again no help, he threw the medicines on the street and went. That was the only thing left to come across .. you guys have hired gundas I guess..
Later called again customer service to report it and guess what they disconnected my call multiple times. Was this information helpful? |
