Dear All of Flipkart Health Plus,
Sorry to inform you that I have faced so many problems after placing the order for Diabetes Medicine on 25th July`2022 at around 10:00am. Further I requested customer care at 10:10am to attempt fast delivery as my diabetes medicine has been misplaced and not taken yesterday.
Customer care ensured me to provide delivery as much as possible but today (26th July`2022), I called them again at around 1:15pm and they have given direct number of HealthBuddy Lifeserve Pharmacy ([protected]) and ensued me to get delivery by today 6:00pm and same has been conveyed by HealthBuddy also.
Futher, I got a call from the escalation department of Flipkart Healthplus and ensured delivery by 7:00pm. During this period, I received an SMS to get 25% off on the next order of medicine due to an apology gift without delivery of current order.
Again I called CC at 8:15pm then finally told to wait till delivery which flipkart promises for 26th July`2022 and still have 4 hours remaining.
Every once from Flipkart health Plus was making a fool of me and gave fake delivery time to make me relax.
Seriously, Sasta Sunder was a much better operator than Flipkart Heath Plus. Don't expect any order from my side and do`nt want to take this order now. Was this information helpful? |
