Flipkart Health Plus — Wrong delivered product and complaint against company and their customers care executive for not refund or replacement of products

I had ordered Cetaphil face wash for all skin type of 1000 ml of 2 quantity costing RS. 1850 on 28th aug., 2022 but I received the Cetaphil face wash for dry skin on 30th aug., 2022 which is harmful for my skin. I contacted customers care no. [protected] Everyday from 30th aug to till today 6 sept., They are using only one sentence our team is working on it and will get back to you within 24 working hours. But till now they have not given me any solution. Today on 6th September I called the customer care executive without saying any issue I just tell the male executive to just my complaint which I raised. He is directly saying that mam there is no such complaint is raised with your register no. But from the 30th aug, I talk to many executive they are just giving me false assurance that I have raised the complaint on priority basis. And today the executive is saying as the 8 days gone we can't do open complaint you will not get any refund or replacement. I want my refund amount. I have call history and the mail which i had sended to care.[protected]@flipkart.com. and as it is misleading the customer shut down the company.
