I have paid on 9 th October online consultation fees for Dr Rajshekar KTwith booking ID [protected].
The appointment was on 20 October.
In the orthopedic booking counter my brother in law paid again for the same doctor as I was not there at that time.
Immediately after consultation before leaving the hospital we brought to the notice of the booking staff at the counter, they asked me to do online cancellation.
Unfortunately we can't do online cancellation after the appointment .
I tried calling many times and emailed them as well. There response and attitude is appalling.
They can't collect two times. They should have the software to identify if it is already paid for the same patient under same doctor.
As they have unable to it and they can't collect two consultant charges on the same day for the same doctor one online and one at the counter.
I want the Fortis Bangalore customer care to involve in this and refund the only amount back into the same account as soon as possible. For any more information please contact my email.
