[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — charges wrong billing

My father sh sadhu singh ipid is[protected]. He was admitted twice in emergency on 12/09/2018 and 13/09/2018 for treatment. He is a central govt pensioner. He has been charged for his treatments vide bill no 1002/18/1/cs/0007224 dated 12/09/2018 for rs. 1399/- and
Bill no 0007262 dated 13/09/2018 for rs. 6645/-.
My father is aged 90 years and being central govt pensioner, his treatment should be cashless and nothing is to be charged for his treatment. I therefore request you to refund the amount charged by you for treatment of my father.

AS PER TELEPHONIC TALK WITH YOUR OFFICIAL, THEY PROMISED TO REFUND THE PAYMENT LAST WEEK BUT NO REFUND RECEIVED IN MY ACCOUNT TILL DATE.
IF MY AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED WITHIN 3 DAYS, I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THE MATTER WITH CGHS OFFICIALS.
