Dear Sir The patient named Jagir Kaur was admitted in the COVID ward on 13/01/2022. It is extremely regretted that the condition of the patient has not been intimated to the attending family. It is legally wrong and a violation of the rights of the patient. The dealing of the hospital staff is very rude.
