Fortis Healthcare — Doctor didn't show up after the payment was done and no refund issued

I had made the payment for an online consultation with a doctor and the doctor didn't have the courtesy to show up or inform that she would be running late or would be unavailable! I asked for a refund, they didn't have the courtesy to respond or to issue a refund or even to reschedule the appointment!! JUST DON'T RELY ON THIS RIDICULOUS HOSPITAL FULL O[censored]NPROFESSIONALS. YOU NEVER KNOW YOUR PATIENT MIGHT DIE BEFORE THEY EVEN CARE TO RESPOND TO YOU, BEFORE THE DOCTORS CARE TO SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE ### THIEVES, JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!
