My mom is going through dialysis from fortis hospital Mohali. Where on duty Dr Rupinderjit (Dialsis Centre) misbehaved with my mom. She doesn’t have the sense how to attend a 70 year old lady who is going through a critical procedure. She repeatedly shouted and scolded mom for no reason.My mom was very upset and kept on crying during long & tiring Dylsis procedure. She was a class one officer she complained that in her entire life she has never faced such humiliation which she had to face through today.

Request appropriate action to be taken against the Dr Rupinderjit & she should seek a written apology from Mom.
