Fortis Healthcare — insurance

My wife susmita chakraborty was admitted yesterday in fortis hospital, bannarghata road, bangalore under star insurance and allied health company.. All proceedings done by me. But till now the hospital not answering the queries, that are send by star insurance company... Pls do something for my cashless treatment,, otherwise i can't do operation here... I have not such money now...
