Fortis Healthcare — Medicines not available and poor management

This complaint is regarding fortis noida where I am not getting the medicines even after repeated request to Pharmacy and on top of that the patient well fare department does nothing on complaining and just tried to ignore the situation . I am coming to Fortis Noida for past 2 years for regular dialysis and every time I order some medicine from pharmacy, they do not have and dont even to care to order it for future requirement .
