[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — not able to get copy of a passed bill

I was admitted in forties mulund during october 2016 and my right leg got amputed. They have charged me 8.5 lacs.
I have misplaced the original bill and now i want a copy for a court case. I have summitted a request 10 days back and followed up twice in-between.
