Please find enclosed copy of the discharge summary and refer to S.No 9 & 10 i.e Equipment charges and others. What is Equipment charge and others. We have not purchased any equipment from the hospital.
According to the Doctor who conducted the surgery, these charges are towards the charges levied by the hospital for the room and other equipment and staf[censored]sed by the doctor for the surgery
Would appreciate an early response as our claim is not being settled by the insurance company due to this reason
