[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — refund against cancelled appointment

On 17th july i made an online appointment for dr shalini joshi, at fortis hospitals, bannerghatta rd, bangalore. I paid the sum of rs. 655 online as the consultation fees. But, the doctor was on leave that day, so the appointment had to be cancelled. Since then i have mailed and called the hospital several times asking about a refund, but there has been no reply from them.

Updated by PratyushaSen I got a call from a Fortis representative on 24th July. The lady in question assured me that she will get back to me by the end of the day regarding the refund. Since then there have been no calls from her, or any sign of the refund either. The matter has NOT been resolved at all.

The worst Dr. I have ever seen in my life he dont know how to speek with patient full of attitude no manners at all even when have an appointment he is not available waited last 1 hour please cancel is licence save patients from him.
