Security of icu a bald man was very rude they did not allow me to respond to a doctor request to patient enquiry. They started to argue with me I told them I am politely following doctors order yet they refused to listen. He called all patients relatives inside except me to visit my father as he decided that his duty can be used as revenge against my earlier arguments with him.

We were not informed anything about the claim approval, they transferred our patient to a bed and did not inform us anything nor took our consent. they are only concerned about the billing money and not actual care of patients.

they were also keen on pushing unnecessary services and delayed discharge.
