Fortis Healthcare — Worst patient care and casual attitude

Address: Jaipur

My Father is 88 years old senior citizen. I have admitted him on 6th of December 21 he is suffering from UTI and having infection and pain . But till time 27 hours has been passed but no Urologist visitted him and no UTI treatment started yet . Patient name is Madan Singh Room no. 4720 .Pease help I have no words for such a poor service .
