[Resolved] Fpl Technologies One Card — I am complaing about the onecard because they didn't gived me refund

I have made extra payment payment on onecard app while my regular limit is 2200 but after paying extra my limit was 4117.20 Rs so on 14 February they did credit reversal
1 of 1500rs whose transaction id of one card app - Ocjp[protected]
2nd of 417.20 Rs whose transaction id -Ocjp[protected]
And today is the 25 February but i didn't received my refund in source account there customer service is totally worst closing my ticket without solving and they also not gived me refund reference number on call

I had done transaction on 16th August of Rs.71, 000/- the amount was debited from my side and the same was not credited to the merchant they mail me that the merchant ount was credited on 18th August but not credited to the customer, I shared the statement of the merchant . but I am unable to get the refund amount till 2nd September.
