[Resolved]  Fpl Technologies One Card — Refund request

Hello sir I made a payment of my credit card of rs 1605 but failed in the gateway now one card team told me to wait for 5 to 7 days now it's 16 days I didn't got my refund yet onecard team adviced me to raise a chargeback so please help me with the same

They refunded me the amount in my credit card as a bill payment thanks so much for the help
