I purchased a product from Reliance digital using my credit card. Transaction ID: [protected]
It was canceled and the refund was initiated on 6th May. Today is 21st May I still haven't received the refund. I contacted Reliance digital, and they provided me with the reference ID of the refund:[protected] and told me that it was initiated on the 6th and was asked to contact the card company. I contacted them and now One Card is telling me that they did not receive the refund.
The same thing happened with my cred cashback, none of them were successfully credited to me. All my refunds are getting declined, and customer care is not helping me, just telling me that they did not receive it. Was this information helpful? |
