I deposited to Onecard 50000₹ .. i got 55000₹ & I'm deposited to sbm Onecard because of 110% limit & this fraud company now changed t&c, now only allowing 90% limit.. so they done with me scam . Without my consent t&c Changed.. obviously so i will go for close this Card/fixed deposit.. company partnership with SBM Bank.. if i contact SBM they said...

I had closed my one card account on 21st November after paying the charges. The amount which according to the onecard team was to be deposited to my account within 5 to 7 days. Today is 9th of December i have still not received my FD amount. The customer care number wont accept my call to talk to a person. They take 2 to 3 days to reply and have been saying that the issue will be resolved with priority. I don't think its being a priority...

I had done transaction on 16th August of Rs.71, 000/- the amount was debited from my side and the same was not credited to the merchant they mail me that the merchant ount was credited on 18th August but not credited to the customer, I shared the statement of the merchant . but I am unable to get the refund amount till 2nd...

I tried to pay simpl app bill payment onecard but Its failed on july 19. Today is 30th August didint get refund. Many times i called customer care and many times maild one card team. I have valid proof oj merchent agreed they didnt get amount. They official maild me. And that all think i forwarded onecard help. But didn't any response from onecard team. Worst experience ever.. What i do next....

I am using credit card of Onecard IDFC from more than year. I am geting worse than worse service from Onecard IDFC.
My last outstanding was 29, 995.81/- generated bill on 1st august.
and due date was 18/8/2022.
I have already done repayment at date 18 august of 30, 000/- but still showing due payment and charged 1200 rp of penalty. This happend 3rd time with me. I am already using other bank creditcard but never happend...

I referred my friend to One Card, She successfully activated OneCard on 30 April 2022, but I didn't get the referral rewards. I talked to your ### support executive, who doesn't even know how to raise the ticket. He freaking took the request and told me to wait for 48 hours; I already knew nothing would happen after 48 hours. Ten days have already passed.

I see no response from your side and for a small resolution it's takes weeks together n I see this as the worst customer service with wrong slogans as we are all ears so it should be we are all ours..right.
Coffee/chai is on us..it should be like coffee/chai own us as you think the world as chai wala.get it correct please.

I have requested to customercare reading as under.
Due to problem in login in making payment on due date coupled with my unexpected visit to aboard, the payment of February bill due of 200 was delayed and finally made on 16.02.2022.This is isolated delay .You have charged a penalty of Rs 2197.50 for delay of payment of Rs 200 which is not fair by any means .You are requested to waive the penalty keeping in view my track record...

I have made extra payment payment on onecard app while my regular limit is 2200 but after paying extra my limit was 4117.20 Rs so on 14 February they did credit reversal
