[Resolved]  Pepperfry.com — Did Not delivered what was promised

Address: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I ordered a sofa and a table from pepperfry.com ,last two images is what was promised and the images shown is what I received ,When I called customer care ,Spoke to some one by name of Kathrine not even sure she was using her real name ,she was very arrogant ,promised for a call back from supervisor didnt got a call waited for a long time called back again was not assisted by their arrogant customer care ,have sent so many email but didn't get any responses ,I just want a refund for the goods that were sent to me ,because the goods provided are of such a low quality, that I don't even will like to keep it for free.

STILL NO ONE HAS PICKED IT, I AM WATING FOR IT TO BE PICKED UP AND START THE REFUND PROCESS

still no one has picked it up its been 18 days and no contact from gati, please tell me what should I do its getting frustration as it is kept packed at my place and I am waiting for it to be collected and then the money would be refunded, it is such a long procedure ..the wait is so long.. which is scarring me now, No one from Gati has called me yet

Pepperfry — Not assembled in spite of 2 dates given by the company.

Last 4 days no one came to assemble the huhuge wardrobes . Most unrrereliable company . Cheating public. Full payment done.
