Primarily Company has send incomplete order, what will i do of this incomplete order, this is of no use for me and you people have closed this request, i am really fed up companies tactics.
This is regarding request MA[protected]RPU-1, As per company i have cancelled pickup request, i would like to know at what time they have called me. When I contacted Mr Anoop Tripathi(Supervisor) at 9026****** as provided in mail, he said he is on leave and doesn't know about this pickup request. I have received two mail one of item pick request at 21:14 on 16/05/2023 and other of pickup request cancellation at 21:14 on 16/05/2023, check the timing it seems your customer care executives are very fast, in a minute they have raised pickup request, they have called me, then i cancelled pickup request and they closed request MA[protected]RPU-1.
Whole system shows you people are not ready to return my money and making lame excuses, i have paid approximately 25000 for furniture and " पैसे पेड़ पर नहीं उगते" as said by our then prime minister.
