I received a damage piece, so immediately i talk with customer support at that time they told me to send a mail at [protected]@greendust.com, so i send a mail to customer support with photograph but till date i didn't received any mail communication...

We placed an order (Order no.[protected] of refurbished mobile 'blackberry curve 9360' on 16.03.2016 to www.greendust.com for rs. 2950/-.
After few days of placing order, confirmed. But was not showing the proper transit status of the order. We contacted many times then, we were informed that it would be reached in 2 to 3 days. The same message was given even after one week to 10 days.
