Today me and my husband was going to bata metro station and suddenly a red coloured haryana roadways bus crosses by rashly. Graceful to god that we are safe. The bus was running at a very high speed. The driver was driving it very speedily at an unauthorized speed and without following the lane rules. He was driving it anywhere on the road as of no one else is going by that road. It is a serious concern as we are safe but other can met with an accident. The incident took place at 7:40 am on 4th september 2017. Please look into the concern immediately.

    I am daily passenger from ambala cantt to panipat in haryana roadways and daily conducter is giving me ticket of rs 105 from ambala cantt to panipat. But today i. E on 22 aug 2017 when i was travelling in bus plying from raiypurrani to delhi at 7 a. M, counduter gave me ticket of rs 110 from ambala to panipat. I have show him tickets of previous days also, but he still charged me rs 110. Moreover his behaviour was also rude.
    I request you to look into the matter and reply me on the same

      I am a student of nit kurukshetra. There are some buses running on that route of kaul and nising. But they dont stop bus on the institute. So the student of nit face many problems. The institute is a center government institute. Its my request that there should be a stop on nit kurukshetra so that the student can get the service of haryana roadways.. Thank you

        Sir/ madam
        At ambala cant railway station, there are cans running from ambala to kala-amb at early morning around 4-4.30 am. They are using private number to run those cab and charge rs 70 fare per person to naraingarh while the actual fare is rs 40.

        Does it allow to use private number to run public transport? If any mis-happening happened who will take responsibility? Or does this happening with the permission of r. T. O office?
        One of the vehicle number is "dl 5cb 6226".
        They also physically mis-behaved with the passengers and the police presented at there, none of them have taken any action!!!

        Hope to get unbiased response.

          Yesterday i. E 15 august 2017 i booked a haryana roadways volvo from new delhi isbt to chandigarh (Timing-22:30 hrs) but just near the karnal the bus got some problem and stopped there on highway at late night 2am due to which we have faced many difficulties and wait on highway roadside for 1:30 hrs and after that the bus conductor arranged a ordinary bus for chandigarh with no seat in it and we were constraint to cover the whole distance without even a single seat. So its my humble request to you to refund my balance fare to my bank account.

          Haryana roadways service is very good. But the behaviour of drivers and conductors of these buses are so rude. They just behaving like this as buses are their father's property. Abd they also making fun of people in crowd.

            Sir/ma'am,
            With all due respect, i would like to suggest you to provide the details of the booked tickets to your conductors/ticket person of the bus beforehand only as it causes a lot of confusion among the customers and overlaps happen between the online and offline bookings.
            Today, i was standing for 1 hour in the queue for a 4:50 a. M. Bus from karnal to delhi (As the online tickets were completely booked, otherwise i usually book online tickets only). I took 2 tickets (Seat no. 43-44) for myself and my sister for delhi.
            After 5 mins, two people came saying that they have their tickets booked for seat no 42-43 which caused confusion among us. The bus had almost started by now and the person who was cutting the tickets refused to help us.
            When the bus conductor came, i politely asked him that please ask the other passengers who have not paid for the tickets to adjust as i had already got my tickets (Which was the logical choice).
            But, the conductor misbehaved and said "bhaiya ye humaari galti nahi hai, tumhe pehle dekhna tha. Abb khade raho nahi toh kisi aur ke saath jaa kar baith jao"
            And let me tell you, the bus was fully filled. Then the conductor refused to refund my tickets so that i could get off and take another bus.

            Kindly look into this matter very seriously, as this may cause problems with customers in the future too.

              Hi sir, mera name meenu kumar me daily bhiwani to rohtak up down krta hu
              Ajj 15th august ko me jab bus me baitha or ticket lene lga to conducter ne mna kar diya ki ajj se old bus stand rohtak ki ticket nhi milegi. Leni hai to new bus stand ki lo. Hmare senior or counter staff ne mna kar diya hai. Or bola tere se kuch hota hai to kar lena, mera koi kuch nhi kar skta. Or abuse me, his behave very badly.

                I have change owner ship of my car from Naraingarh to Yamuna Nagar.
                I have submitted all form on 7-july-2017. After one month, I have not found any status about my RC. Last time I got a message on 24-August-2017.
                "HR04E5986 To transfer approved against vide receipt no HR2R[protected] dated 24-July-2017. Smart Card Under Preparation. Thanks Jagadhari, -Courtesy:MoRTH"
                But, At that time didn't find any status. I am tried 100 of time call to RTO office. But they did not found any solution.
                Where I can check my rc.
                I am driving my car in chandigarh. Hare lot of restriction without document.
                Please assist me how can i get my rc.

                    It has been seen that haryana volvo bus services are getting poorer and poorer day by day. Firstly, on friday (04.08.2017) i was suppose to board 6:20 pm volvo but it came one hour late. Accepting the mismatch of time i sat in the volvo but due to poor maintenance of buses no a. C. Was working. Due you people think passengers are fool paying you such a high amount for your non-service buses. I have to face a severe headace due to which i became ill and all my holidays have gone in vain. Another incident which took place today (08.08.2017) morning and again coming half a way bus is no more in service. We have to waste for more than 1 hour for next volvo to come in which for more than 2.5 hours we have to stand to reach delhi. I have to pay a loss of rs. 1000 for not reaching office on time.
                    Kindly refund my volvo rent back to me. We are suffering a lot from these poor services. Reply from your side is awaited.

                      Driver of haryana roadways bus no hr 47 c 2898 was driving very rashly. This incident happened near delhi gurgaon toll on 4th august 2017 at around 9 pm. He overtook me in a very wrong way. When i blow my horn to object it, he stopped the bus before my car, cam out of the bus and started abusing me. He was looking drunk. The conductor and driver started physically assaulting me.

                        I have got my new car registered from rto panchkula in may 2017. I have received the hsrp number plates. But i have not received my rc yet. There have been several times that i have visited the rto office but each time they extend the validity in receipt.

                        As per the latest status which was updated on 30th may, it says "smart card is generated" but it has not come to me. Last time they asked me to visit the post office. I went to both the central and local post offices but they don't have any idea about it.

                        Now i don't see a way ahead how to proceed with this and i am really tired traveling to rto office every 15-20 days. Please let me know how will my issue be resolved. I am attaching the screenshot for reference.

                          I m anupam batta from panchkula... I have made a online booking of three haryana - delhi tickets of amount rs.2115/-from my credit card on 24th of may 2017... But due to some miscommunication of timings buked wrongly.. Immediately within 5 minutes i got them cancelled and received the message that i'll get my refund in 7 days in my bank account.. Than i went abroad.. Now as i m back from last 10 days.. I m trying to register my complaint on phone but no one is registering it.. Instead giving me some new numbers o[censored]r customer care but again when i try that number.. I m being given some other number... I m being harassed badly... Now it's being more than 2 months that i haven't got my refund back... Kindly solve my issue n refund my amount at ur earliest

                            The bus driver was asking for 10 rs each laguage charge for just keeping the laguage into the bus and wen we denied they were asking and forcing to give money otherwise there is no security of your laguage in the bus.kindly look into the immediately.

                                I am travelling from rohtak to charkhi dadri by haryana roadways on date 28 july 2017 at 5.10pm. Bus is moving from patiala to charkhi dadri. I took the ticket from your executive of haryana roadways counter. He provide me the 51 no seat but already a person was sitting on my seat. I told him about my seat. He was saying that he is not moving from there. When i complain to ticket counter executive and bus counductor 5 to 6 times. They are unable to help me. Here the query arises if your team was unable to help a pessanger to provide him a seat that was already alloted to him. Than why your executive provide the ticket with seat numbers. If i was not collecting the ticket from your counter than there are more chances to get the seat because some people are not joining the lines for tickets. They are only wait for the bus and pick the seat. If any action won't be taken from your side than i will forward this complain to pmo. Kindly help me regarding this query i hope you will help me

                                  This is in reference to my journey in haryana volvo bus from gurgaon to chandigarh dated 21st july @ 23:00 hrs from gurgaon. The bus started late 1hr late owing to issues in the battery of the bus engine. The driver informed passengers to then board the bus even though we hesitated to board the bus as there was issue with the battery of engine. Upon given assurance by the driver, the passengers boarded the bus. However the bus stopped 30 kms away from delhi in the middle of night at 1:00 hrs. This caused us lot of harassment and trouble as we had to find alternative way to get to home. I request you to kindly refund the ticket amount in my account.                                     I am anuj sangwan from, charki dadri. I have applied for registration in registering authority (M. V) charkhi dadri of my 2 wheeler vehicle on 09.05.2017. It has been almost 3 months but still i haven't received my registration no. Or rc. My query regarding this issue was also not entertained by rto officers. Also they have added extra charges like postal fee & computer operating fee which is not computer generated. They have no system through which one of can complaint about their mismanagement.
                                    I'm facing real problem in my day-to-day life due to this issue. I'll will be very thankful to you. And i have also complaint concern athority through email but there is no action will taken by these officers sir please

                                        Hi, i have american driving license. I applied indian driving directly by using my idl and also submitted the fees.
                                        When i was applying there is a provision that you can directly apply indian driving license using american driving license but now hisar rto saying that there is no clause on that and they are telling that you cannot apply directly.
                                        I am attaching you a picture that you can apply directly with license from other country.
