I have applied for HCL Technology for Software Engineer post. My joining date is 26/04/2022 but I am still working in my old company in the notice period, my notice period is ending on 03/05/2022. HCL hired me on 13th Dec 2021 and I submitted all documents asked by recruiter. After 2 months, HCL BGV (Background verification) Team said my BGV is red because I did not show previous company experience. They asked me to resign on this point but I resisted and told them that I have submitted appropriate documents. They kept on telling me that BGV is red and I need to resign. My SAP ID 51995129. My LWD with HCL was on 04.04.2022 and until now I have not received Admin Clearance I informed many number of times before leaving that I have no ID card or access card to submit as my joining was virtual and I was working from home. I am trying to mail the responsible stakeholders for providing the admin clearance but there is no response from them. After numerous mails no one is taking care to reply...

I had initiated the transfer of my PF from account number (HCL technologies) to current account number (Persistent Limited) through online transfer (Epfo). I got the message stating, transfer is complete and amount is been credited to current account number. But this amount is not reflecting in my current passbook.

1- I resigned from HCL on 22nd Feb'22 through the official after my manager confirmed that my LWD will be on 17th March'22.
2.When I asked my Manager that should i Resign through the EMS portal they verbally denied and said that if you will resign through the EMS then HCL will block you for future as you are leaving in probation period. So just drop an email to your manager and HR and they will take care of it.

I am a former employee of HCL technology,
I have put down my resignation on 25th Nov my last working day was 22nd Feb.
I have submitted all required documents and assets to them (laptop charger id card access cards everything), I have been waiting fir my Fnf and experience letter and relieving letter.

My FnF amount was around 62k but today 30th March I have received some money which is 3800 rs I am not sure if...

Hi Team,

As per Rohit Rajan Thakur(HCL HR Manager) and got mail from HCL [protected]@hclcampus.com to deposit money. I have deposited total rs 21000 in HCL Canara Bank account to attend the interview.

Yet I have not received any interview call or mail and money also not deposited in my bank account trying to call Rohit multiple times from Saturday(26th Mar, 2022)he is not receiving the call.
