I have salary account in HDFC bank from last 3 months they are deducting around 393 every month for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JUL2014 and I don't have any idea about this and there is no customer care number in which we can directly call to customer for query please give my money back ASAP

      I am highly disappointed with the customer service HDFC is offering.I have been using HDFC debit card since the past 1and half year and until now I have not come across such poor assistance. It was after taking this credit card that I got a call from [protected](a lady caller) who informed me about the health insurance plan and i was interested in it initially but after forwarding the call for further verification...He seemed to repeat the same manual all over again and again which was earlier mentioned by the lady. After asking them to call me later (mentioning that I was in a meeting ) they called me incessant times in my mobile first and later in in office landline because of which I had to block their number. And further the next day when refused to go for the insurance they were forcing me to avail the offer considering it to be a bad feedback on my relationship with the bank.         The charges levied to your Bank account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately.We would like to inform you that there has been a revision in 'standard' tariff with respect to the FMC from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. However being an esteemed Corporate Salary customer of the Bank you are entitled to special pricing on the FMC. You now have an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC).The slabs, applicable as per transaction based FMC pricing model, for your Demat account are given below:Folio Maintenance Level 1 (upto 10 txns.) Rs. 500/- per annum -Level 2 (between 11 and 25 txns.) Rs. 300/- per annum -Level 3 (greater than 25 txns.)         I have a Demat account that the HDFC bank people automatically opened for me when I started with them.They had clearly mentioned that it is free. I have never used this account.

        Now they have deducted 561.80 Rs, DEPOSITORY CHARGES DEC14.

        This is a gross and unfair usage of my money by HDFC. This is a clear exploitation of the customer's trust in HDFC.

        An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12th Feb 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN[protected] with a reference number[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account.

        This has happened in spite of me not using the demat services and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. Why do you people let your representatives tell like this, they should say the charges when we are opening account.

        It's really double standards when we were opening account agents used to call us and they collected all documents even though we weren't interested. They behaved like we will get the same type of service through out the span of account where as if I want to close the DEMAT I have to visit the nearest bank personally, then what's the point of net banking. This makes us sick.

        AXIS bank on the other hand is more transparent and truth worthy. If I have not received any explanation I will close my account.

            When i opened the trading account, i was told that charges will be deducted yearly. But now, every month they deduct certain amount ranged from 100INR to 600INR. This is ridiculous. I want to make case on HDFC securities. Can you please explain the procedure!!! HDFC securities=Charges at every trade+Monthly Depository Charges + Annual Maintenance Charges. This is something not according to the rule. I want hearing back from HDFC and also my money the stolen from my account. I will surely close my account, once i will return back to india.               I had purchased online the HDFC Life - Click to invest for Rs.50000 in July. It has been more than one month and my policy has not been generated and policy documents sent to me. I have sent mails at [protected]@hdfclife.com, however nobody acknowledges. I have also registered a complaint on HDFC Life helpline number, but after 10 days the executive there has no idea about the status of the complaint. I even left a complaint on HDFC life website, however nothing till now. I don't know what to do. My complaint number is[protected] I am really disappointed with HDFC Life. Either issue a policy or refund the amount submitted by me.

                Hi Team, My number is on the National Do Not Call list for more than 3 to 4 years now and I still keep getting soliciting calls of all kinds like offers for credit card, personal loan, auto loan etc. Please strictly remove my number from all your lists ASAP. My customer ID is 21133993 and I do not want any offers whatsoever from the Direct Sales Team and Direct Sales Agents of HDFC. Please not even if your DSA calls me, they still use your brand name which is HDFC and this brings a bad reputation to the bank. Please instruct your DSTs and DSAs strictly not to call any numbers on the DND list of Government of India and the ones registered with HDFC Bank. The numbers from which I receive calls are as below.                   Hi, I am a HDFC Bank Credit Card Holder, after making last payment yesterday received SMS of my current outstanding balance was 11908, then i was shocked after reaching home i checked all the transcations which shows actuall outstanding payment as of today Rs 11749.95, but there is a difference amount of Rs 158.05 which was included in to my account. • This month i made international payment through HDFC creditcard sum of amount USD $50 and i got the confirmation SMS from HDFC bank of Rs 3003.25 dated on 01/08/2014 with out service tax. • This month i made sundaram foundation through HDFC creditcard sum of Rs 2610 + 2 percent service tax= 2662.25 and i got the confirmation SMS from HDFC Bank of Rs 2662.25 dated on 05/08/2014 I Called Chennai HDFC Customer care at 10.22pm till 10.32pm and Spoke to Prabhakar regarding outstanding payment/discrepency • I gave the details of which was spent by me to Prabhakar, i recieve the SMS of Rs 3003.25 on 01/08/2014 to NYMGO, but as per PRABHAKAR i spent Rs 3047 on 01/08/2014 to NYMGO, i[censored]SD rate increased, my payment charge also which will be increased until i receive the statement, and yesterday regarding statement i spoke to PRABHAKAR, as per him its not their problem, its my problem, then he said i have to bear i[censored]SD value increase Rs. 70/-, untill i receive statement, then line gets disconnected. Then again I called Chennai HDFC customer care at 10.33pm and spoken to Saravanan till 10.40. • I gave the above details to Saravanan, and As per Saravanan NYMGO Merchant claimed payment on 05/08/2014 because of that there is a difference amount and rest of Rs 114.75 was service tax as per him, then again i asked Saravanan, regarding the conversation with Prabhakar, he started bluffing, saying that Merchant will take 5 to 21 days to claim their payment, end of the 21st day i[censored]SD rate was increaced to Rs 70, i have to pay the same. Details of Expense which made as of today details mentioned below.                       I worked with HDFC life 5 years back.I sent many couriers and mails regarding this. They have not yet refunded the PF. Once they said, they didnt recived pension fund refund form. second time they said they havent received PF refund form. Third time they said, it is to be transfered to another PF account. They are cheating Ex employees

Policy no 16589494 i don't want this policy i recived a call from unknown & he is saying that they need to sign on some document than company will give me bonus on my old hdfc life policy than some one come to my office & taken the sign on some documents but after 1 month i have recived a new hdfc policy bond which i don't want to continue. Request you to kindly cancel my policy & refund the Amount. also request you to kindly stop this type of wrong practice only because this reason in front of customer your company reputation is not good.                             Hi Sir, The brief story of my concern. I have attached the LOC letter of closed personal loan and the written statement with this mail. I have been trying to cacel this policy by calling customer care office and visiting nearby hdfc ergo branch office with written statement to that office. So i am not to be blamed for any delay on cancellation of this policy. I took personal loan[protected] from HDFC Bank with HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] and after 6 months, i did top-up of that personal loan[protected] and got new personal loan[protected] and i was given again one more HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] without my consent from it. So currently there are two policies with my name for one personal loan. So I am requesting you to cancel my HDFC ERGO - sarv surksha policy[protected].I have called customer care several times to cancel the policy, what they told me was to go to any one of the nearby branch oofice and asked me to give written statement.I did so by going directly to one branch office at The status, Trivandrum, kerala and gave the written statement. Again i called the customer care office and asked them to cancel it.But this time what they told me was that like they did not receive the written statement from that branch office where i gave it, so asked me to get the LOC letter of closed personal loan from HDFC Branch and the written statement with reason for cancelling it and send these to [protected]@hdfcergo.com by scanning those. So i have got the LOC letter and the written statement and sending those by scanning to you for reference. Please cancel the policy and refund the full amount of HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] and transfer the amount at my below HDFC Back account ASAP.                               Dear HDFC Loan team,


                              Recently I pulled one CIBIL report of my self and its shocking to see that so many enquiries have been made for the loan, without my consent and signatures.


                              I just gave consent to one person in writing and once I applied thru my SB a/c online.


                              I will appreciate that bank looks into the details, takes action against guilty who are HDFC Bank's DSA/Franchisee getting commission for application.


                              I also will appreciate that an action taken detail is shared with me, failing which I shall be compelled to raise the issue with regulatory authorities.

                                  Dear Concern, with due respect. I am existing customer of HDFC bank having a/c no.: [protected]. I want to complaint one of the staff member of HDFC bank, Cuttack Branch. who has misbehave with me. i had taken a personal loan by HDFC bank. my personal loan number is 19604667. Due to some delay to received Foreigner Registration card from Company, I was unable to pay 2 EMI's till July, 2014, I have deposit cheque at Cuttack branch and That collection officer (Mr Biswaranjan Parmani, having cell no.: +91-[protected]) did not received the cheque, He told that we only received cash against provide receipt. But, I have no other option, So i bound to deposited cheque at his a/c no: [protected] on dated 26th July, 2014 (Cheque and Deposit slip attached herewith for your ready reference) and I have called him for how much money you have deposited in my loan account on 31st July, 2014. Then he started using slang's to me how dare you have to ask like this question. He also told me i am beggar/poor and i have no money to pay EMI at right time. Until unless this issue is not solved with mutually till I have not able to pay any single EMI of personal loan. I kindly request you to take some quick action against these people.in . please grant my complaint and take some action. If you are unable then I will file "MANHANI-Self respect" suit case against.                                     After getting sick and tired of 'special offers' for my company, I finally gave in and opted for HDFC credit card. All the documents were given and I received 4 verification calls. All the information too was promptly given. There were no updates regarding the card at any point and finally when the card came (I never thought it would!), my surname was spelt wrongly. I do not understand why such a basic information was goofed up. I contacted the Customer care and she told me that I would have to write an application stating the problem and give the letter at the nearest branch. When I told her that it is HDFC's problem and they should get it rectified instead, she put me on hold (a way of tackling 'pesky' customers who will soon get bored listening to the music and hang up). Request HDFC to either issue me a card with my proper name or return back my papers. I will NOT be doing the running from pillar to post business.
