I had a salary account with hdfc bank (Geetanjali, new delhi) which was created around end of 2009. After changing the company i gradually changed my address and contact no etc over the years. Because of this later on neither could i update my address or phone number online. (Since they needed an address proof) to update the address. This is compalane for hdfc bank. Account balance deduct automatically rs 3438.93/-.
According me my account balance is 5764.74/- on date 8 june 2016 in account statement showing right but account balance showing rs 2326.81/- on date 08 june 2016.

I was approached by the bank executives to apply for a credit card.
I applied for the same. They collected a hell lot of document copies from me.
No communication for a month.
After trying hard I could able to contact the guy who pitched the sales to me.
He then made same efforts to move on the files and i received an acknowledgement number which post 4 days told me that the card is disapproved.

Money is getting in my HDFC bank salaried account without any prior notification. Every month I'm seeing deduction of amount 100 rupees in my account.

I don't know the reason why they are deducting the amount without any prior notification. Among all the bank's I feel Hdfc have worst service being provided to the customers.

Also, for credit cards related issue they ask us to send an letter to Chennai address....
