Credit Card

I have been using HDFC bank credit card for last 4 years and paying all the dues on times. However, HDFC bank blocked my card without any notice. I am unable to contact the customer care also. Worst bank ...! Pathetic service.

They are charging me and not showing any history of my card on net banking section

Even i visit hdfc branch and meet with executive to resolve this problem, they just asked me connect...

HDFC Credit Card Complaint - Wrong Billing - MER EMI ,LOAN PRECL

Dear Sir,

This is regarding complaint on wrong/unwanted amount billed in my HDFC Credit Card

In January month HDFC Credit Card bill statement, the amount of 16773.51 (13/01/2021) rs has been charged without any reason.

So i want to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

So please help me in this and send me clarification for further to associate with credit...

HDFC Netbanking

HDFC netbanking is not providing any services. I'm unable to get my e-statement or do any NEFT transactions. For the past one week it's displaying "We are unable to carry out your instruction. Please contact the bank." This is affecting me a lot....

I have no connect with HDFC but calling me for payments

I using office number from Dec'2014 onwards. When even i gets call from HDFC, i used to inform them our old employee left the company and i dont have his contact details.

My refund is processed successfully but not show in my bank account

My name is Raj Patel and I had ordered one plus bullet wireless z of RS. 1999 one plus bullet wireless z in Amazon on 30 december 2020 and after 6 january 2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 9 january 2012
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005410100365124656462 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy....

One assist mfee

Refund initiated flipkart But not received

I ordered two mobiles from Flipkart through my Debit Card EMI, amount of 40, 344/- but flipkart cancelled the order and amount refund also has been done by Flipkart, but refund was not credited to my account and emi was generated and also first EMI debited from my account, Refund details mentioned below, then why you have genrated DC EMI LOAN, check and close my EMI Loan....

Just because my credit card is connected you guys have been torturing me mentally with all my cheques bouncing due to your greedy mentality even during the pandemic. INT NBR charged on no cost emi explain what is it??

I have purchased a tab from samsung site and it was agreed that purchase will be a no cost emi based.
But now in my monthly credit card statement INT NBR is coming it means interest is charged right??
And also for no cost emi there will not be emi processing fee.

Regarding double deduction for single transaction

My Hdfc bank Wallet Id is [protected]. I have been charged twice for single transaction ( by cash and fastag both) on 4 august 2020 on agra Lucknow expressway of rs 595. I have email same complaint to [protected]@hdfcbank.com 6 times with attached receipt of cash with Rc and vehicle image

Unauthorized transactions from Credit card

HDFC completely failed in resolving my issue. If customer is complain about unauthorized transactions due to mobile hacked. Still after investigation bank is telling these are secured transactions. Customers are not fool to complain. Even bank have authorization to revere transactions. I am disappointed by HDFC service, in future will not continue with HDFC....

Refund for consumer loan

Cowards & cheaters selling Credit Card for free

They cheat and fool people to take free credit cards and then force them to pay gst ans other annual charges. For me it wasn't even a year and got that bloody standard bill. Now that is reversed so they are harassing me with the gst amounts. Why the hell should I pay to these cheaters who don't sell honestly and then when the time comes to help, assist and solve they hang up the calls, they say system is down. Credit Card Delivered To Wrong Branch

My credit card ending with 1869 is wrongly delivered to R.C. Vyas branch in Rajasthan. My account is in Goregaon branch and now I want to redispatch the card to a branch in Kalyan (Maharashtra).

Tried reaching to my relationship manager Priyanka Singh who dispatched the credit card. But now she is not reachable nor getting any communication from her.

I am not sure what to do to get the credit card delivered...
