Current account opening issue

I have applied for current account on 29th December in HDFC sector 23 A Gurugram branch. They said that account details will be available within 3 days and cheque book kit Will be available within next 4 working day. But today it is 15 jan, i didn't receive any banking details neither cheque book kit. They are not still mentioning any valid issue for this long delay. Simply they mention that it will be done today or by tomorrow before 11...

Grievance-NetBanking & Account blocked

A/c No.- [protected]
My Internet banking & account has been blocked since 3 days due to multiple failed UPI transactions which I attempted on 12th Jan 2021 & HDFC bank is unable to take any action.
The customer care numbers don't connect & provide any appropriate support or response.
Upon visiting the nearest CBD Belapur branch on 14th Jan 2021, the Assistant manager-Mr Ganesh Deshmukh advised me to write a manual...

Credit card charges which are not used by me

I have a message show in my credit card statement i.e.O FFUS emi, PRIM NB:04,[protected]Ref no 09999999981222004364717)
OFFUS EMI, INT NBR:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999981222004364725) is on 22/12/2020. As debited amount 7898.65 and 299.91 respectively. Please solve my issue which I have no of times called to customer care but they did not respond any more....

Payment to NPS is not reflected

Hi,
I opened my NPS account on 9th Jan and made contribution through HDFC Bank. The amount deducted from my account dur to this including charges is 1259.60.
The transaction ref no is[protected].
I spoke with the nps customer care and they asked me to speak with bank on this.
Please help....

Debit some amount without my knowledge

I have a salaried account in HDFC bank (perungudi branch). Due to COVID 19 I have so many cash troubles. So I skipped nov and dec month NAVI loan. So my cheque got returned. I had applied online for 2Fastags thro your portal on 27/12/2020. And on 28/12/2020 I received messages that the applications have been successfully registered with the f0llowing references

VOID SALE refund not received.

I made a transaction of 49990/- on 12th January in croma store and the store reverted the transaction because they made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding about the product.
Its almost 2 days and i haven't received my amount back.

Debit Card EMI on Cancellation of Product on Amazon

Hi,

I recently place an order for Samsung TV on Amazon throughHDFC Debit card EMI option, later I had to cancel the order. However the Debit card EMI has been triggered and sent me messages on EMI amounts.
