One Assist MFEE

I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST 6 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 6**6.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount 1399 Rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.br...

Change in Fastag Vehicle registration number.

I had got a Fastag from HDFC Bank while purchasing the vehicle. However, the vehicle number appearing on my fastag is wrong and the chasis number is appearing there. I want to change the vehicle number. I tried calling your customer care and was told to sent an email and was provided with an email id. But the email id is wrong. kindly provide me with correct email id....

Emi Rtn charge

I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 6244 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after 1 month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges....

Fastag not delivered

I had applied for fastag on 20.12.2020. However, despite more than 15 days having passed, I have still not received the fastag. I called the helpline number also thrice i.e. on 28.12.2020, 02.01.2021, and 06.01.2021 however they have been of no help to me.

Cancellation of One Assist Membership

My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.

Harassment from HDFC bank personal loan offering calls

Hi am a Jio Customer
Have been registered for DND service since more than 3 years and registered more than 1000 DND complaints so far.
But even today i am still recieving so many spam call from these banks. Below are the list of complaints raised against HDFC bank in last 2 weeks.

Credit card noc not received after payment

Respected manager,
Writing this to highlight i did full payment asked by bank executive to clear my credit card bill payment in cash year ago or more than that. Now i am recieving credit card bills every month though i am not using it.. I was informed my card is permanently blocked and cannot be re-activated.

HDFC Bank irritating calls for personal loan and credit card

My name is Savio. Time and again i have been getting calls 2-3 calls per day from the hdfc bank pressurizing me to take their credit card and personal loans. Even though my phone number is on do not disturb list it seems to have no value. The shameless call centre guys from hdfc are continuously calling and disturbing. Failed transaction amount not refunded in to HDFC Credit card

Respected sir,

I have try to book tatkal ticket in 25th nov 2020 through IRCTC website.the ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from my credit card(XXXX XXXX XXXX 3695).i asked IRCTC customer care and they told me that failed transaction was happened due to the the amount was not spend from your bank end.so please ask your bank. so kindly refund the failed amount Rs, 886.13 to me.

Deduction of Rs. 1999 without any authorization

Rs. 1999 was deduction from my account on 1st jan 2021 midnight without any authorization provided against this transaction, subjected as google pay reward. I was trying to connect with customer care team but not able to do so due to complications to connect through their contacts or sometimes they did not accept calls and disconnected automatically. unauthorised emi loan created by hdfc bank against my credit card aggregator emi - offus

I had made a purchase on Flipkart on 25th December using my Easy EMI HDFC Credit card. I however cancelled my purchase and had the same amount credited back to my Credit Card. On 31st Dec, an AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS transaction been made. The credited amount not been adjusted with my Unbilled amount? Payment deducted not received card

I have registered for fastag through hdfc online portal. After submission of application through online they have generated application number i. E. HFR01710209, on December 8th, Payment is deducted and got a message within 7 working days you will received. card is not yet received till now.
